Thai massage is a traditional firm massage without oil with stretching techniques for relieving stress and tension, and for the treatment of back pack, stiff neck, shoulder pain, and sports injuries including muscle and tendon strain. A number of techniques are carried out on the floor using the feet, knees, elbows, palm, forearms and thumbs.
